2. DEFINITIONS:

SHIPPING POLICY

VIAESTILO, with the objective of being transparent and guaranteeing the best service for its customers, exposes in this document our shipping policy, which groups information about the transport of the product by the consumer. The buyer automatically agrees to the shipping rules and policies set out at checkout.

1. The value and shipping time can be simulated at the time of purchase, which will be based on the destination zip code provided, region and type of delivery, and may vary according to the carrier’s current table.

2. Delivery will be by post, SEDEX or PAC, with the term and value varying according to the option selected.

3. The SEDEX option makes 3 (attempts) to deliver to the address provided and the PAC option 2 (two) attempts. If delivery cannot be made due to a closed address or absence of a civilly capable person, the product will be available at the nearest branch for 7 (seven) calendar days.

4. If the deadline for collection in the hands of the customer at the agency is exceeded, the product is returned to the sender. It is possible to resend the order again, but the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

5. The product will be processed and posted within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

6. Purchases made with credit cards and PIX are normally cleared immediately.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

1. We accept returns for any reason within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order; exchanges up to 30 days, where:

1.1. The cost of freight for the first exchange or return of merchandise will be paid by VIAESTILO.

1.2. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

1.3. The exchange of products can be requested only once. If the Customer is not satisfied with the exchange product, he may return it and only receive a refund.

1.4. The Customer must take its packaged products to the post office. VIAESTILO does not provide packaging, but the Customer can reuse the envelope that received his order or send it in a box.

1.5. The Client must print and fill in the missing data of the Declaration of Content, sent to his e-mail. After that, you must place it in a plastic bag and fix it on the outside of the return package, which will be taken to the Post Office.

2. With the product packed, request the exchange by going to “https://viaestilo.com.br/minha-conta/”, “Orders” and clicking on “Exchange or return product”.

2.1. Collection/posting times may vary depending on your region.
2.2. After posting, the product will be returned to the VIAESTILO Distribution Center, where a team will sort it out. This analysis takes 3 business days.

3. If the requested exchange is for a different product, a Shopping Voucher will be made available, which is valid for 06 months.

4. Only returns that meet the following conditions will be accepted:

4.1. With manufacturer’s labels and seals intact.

4.2. In original, undamaged packaging.

4.3. Not washed or worn, no odors or stains, no grooves in the sole and no alterations made by the customer (eg hem adjustment, darts etc.).

5. If VIAESTILO understands that the returned product does not meet the above criteria, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. VIAESTILO may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.

6. The withdrawal in the purchase of a certain product can be carried out before the receipt of the respective Invoice, after the issuance of the invoice, the procedure to be applied will be that of “Exchanges and Returns”;

7. The refund of amounts paid by Customers will be made within 30 days after screening the product or receiving the cancellation request, at which time the Customer will be communicated by email or by phone, according to the data provided in the registration.
