  • How long can I cancel my order?

    – If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel.
    What can be done is the return of the products and as soon as the Via Estilo team verifies the receipt of the products, the refund will be made.
    – The withdrawal of the purchase due to regret or dissatisfaction can be done within 7 days after receiving the products.
    For a refund, it will be necessary to contact Via Estilo through our service channels.

  • What to do if the product arrived missing a part/accessory?

    – Contact us immediately via email sac@viaestilo.com.br informing if the packaging was damaged and the identification of the missing products.
    The other instructions will be provided by our team by email.

  • How is the refund made after cancellation?

    For a refund it is necessary to contact us by emailsac@viaestilo.com.br. Each payment method used in the purchase will have a different refund, check:
    – Purchase made through Boleto or PIX -> Refund will be made through Bank Transfer or PIX within 7 days after cancellation.
    – Purchase made by Credit Card -> The refund will be made by the card operator in up to two invoices after cancellation.

    The deadline to withdraw from the purchase due to regret or dissatisfaction is 7 days after receiving the goods.

  • Are products added to cart reserved?

    No! Products added to the cart will only be reserved after checkout.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    The order is canceled due to non-payment or problems with the card operator.
